Event Series: Matter of Balance

Matter of Balance (R)

This program is designed to help older adults reduce their fear of falling by learning to view falls as controllable.  In this program, participants will learn to set goals for increasing activity levels, make small changes to reduce risks at home and practice exercises to improve strength and balance.

Matter of Balance meets for 8 sessions that are 2 hours each.
